It is well known that, after the Federal government 's announcement to close all schools in order to prevent the spread of the disease of Covid 19 that broke out in the country, schools have been closed for many months now. Even if President Buhari urged all students to resolve the pandemic with the grace of God.
Even President Buhari and the federal government have granted state authorities not so long ago the power to determine when lock-downs should be lifted and schools reopened in their respective countries. For example, the Federal Government has lifted restrictions on churches and mosques, but some countries such as Lagos did not recognize a federal government decision because the number of persistent individuals in their state has risen.

3. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde Oluseyi 's state of Oyo eventually determined when schools should reopen, among other activities.
The Oyo State COVID-19 task force was issued, which announced that on Monday, 22 June 2020, all government workers are expected to resume work in full. 19,147 cases, 6581 cases have been discharged and up to now 487 deaths have been reported in the country.
The 667 new cases from COVID-19 from 23 countries out of 36 countries in the world have been identified according to NCDC data.
